apoBank is a registered cooperative. apoBank's members are its owners at the same time.

Purpose of the cooperative is the economic promotion and support of its members, especially of medical professionals, their organisations and facilities. Capital shares of apoBank can be in particular acquired by medical professionals.

The loyalty and the lasting confidence of the medical professionals in the certainty and the continuing prosperous development of their professions' own bank is reflected in the high number of members.
